Cleaning Ninjas Schedule Coordinator is extremely driven to be successful, personally and professionally. To thrive in this role you'll need to love variety and change, think and act independently, communicate well, and be super organized. We are looking for a motivated individual with a proven track record in office administration. You may have experience from a different field, such as small business or technology but you will need to have proven ability to work under pressure and execute multiple priorities. The right candidate will play an integral part in the ongoing expansion of our company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client and employee scheduling and job coordination.
- Glowingly communicate with customers via phone, email and general correspondence.
- Set up client systems and procedures as required.
- Coordinate early morning & daily changes, and backup plans into the daily schedule.
You will need:
- A desire to serve our clients with the highest possible degree of respect, joy and integrity.
- Solutions-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of scheduling would be very useful but not essential (we’ll train you).
- Sales experience is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
- The desire to make a real difference in a small company that is getting big fast, and to have fun along the way
Hours Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5 pm. Compensation: $30,000-$40,000 per year depending on experience and skill set, earned paid vacation and performance bonuses.
